Support The Future of Unmanned Aerial Systems

The SUAS competition stimulates interest in the Unmanned Aerial Systems field and challenges students to advance the state of the art. By supporting the competition, sponsors ensure these students can grow to shape the future of Unmanned Aerial Systems.

Recruit Top Students

Each year 75+ international collegiate teams compete in SUAS, with teams ranging in size of 5 to 100 students. Over 1,000 students are involved, with over 500 in attendance in Maryland.

The competition provides a unique education- it teaches students to develop while on a large interdisciplinary team, to develop over the course of a year, and to iterate on that design over multiple years. The competition evaluates students on a real-world task, both in design and performance. The competition teaches students skills unobtainable in classwork alone.

This education has proven extremely valuable to employers. Sponsors enjoy direct interactions with student teams for the purpose of outreach and recruitment.

Publicity

Sponsors enjoy publicity among students, colleges, and the UAS community. Logos are displayed prominently on the website, banners, and publications.
